Keystones’ popular Hooker Calculus helps you quickly get closer to a concrete valuation of your startup.
- The calculus is established by Keystones based on a number of concrete business angel and venture capital investments in Danish startups. It is used among leading players in the Danish startup ecosystem.
- The calculator is not meant to be used as a checklist, but simply as one of several “valuation indicators” – and thus as a dialogue tool for business owners and investors.
- Valuation must be adjusted for the financial status of the enterprise (debts, deposits, etc.).
- The calculation of the value indication is “pre-money” – i.e. the value of the enterprise before any investment in the enterprise has been made.
