2. PAYMENT

Payment of membership can be made by Visa card, Visa/Dankort, MobilePay or by bank transfer to bank account 3409 – 3325240261. The purchase amount will be deducted from your account immediately after your payment has been approved. Please note that for bank transfers you are not protected by the objection mechanism. Read why.

Invoice payments typically have an 8-day payment period. There are no reminder fees but non-payment will result in immediate withdrawal.

When paying a capital instalment, the payment period will often be 3-5 days. If the payment does not reach Keystone’s account, the process will not be initiated. An additional closing fee is payable if the client has received funding via the capital stream. Invoice payments typically have an 8-day payment period. Payments of the capital advance are made via a bank transfer.

Payment for course products is by debit card or MobilePay. If you wish to pay by invoice or bank transfer, please send a request with invoice details to info@keystones.dk.

Keystones does not charge fees for payment by credit card or bank transfer.


3. DELIVERY

Delivery of digital materials is generally made via email or Keystones’ website, and is received or available immediately after purchase on Keystones’ website, unless otherwise agreed.


4. SPECIAL CONDITIONS

When purchasing membership, we refer to Keystones’ Membership Terms, which all our members are expected to have read and agree to. Read the membership terms here.


5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Membership: when purchasing membership packages, you have a 2-month right of withdrawal. Thus, you have the right to get your subscription refunded within 2 months from the date of enrolment.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to previous members or to registrations for events or courses involving significant costs.

Capital or course products: there is no right of withdrawal for purchases of course products and capital courses that involve significant costs.


6. SOMETHING WRONG WITH OUR SERVICES? (WARRANTY)

If you are not satisfied with a service, you can contact us by email: info@keystones.dk or by phone: +45 8870 8700.

As a rule, you do not have a 2-year warranty on services. Please contact us immediately if you experience any problems or have any comments about our services.

You have the right to have any shortcomings in the service remedied which can be attributed to the nature of the service, unless these are your own circumstances or other external circumstances for which we cannot be held liable under Danish law.

9. ANSWER

Keystones cannot be held liable for future transactions or cooperation in other respects between the client and investors or contacts mediated via Keystones.

Keystones reserves the right to make technical, pricing and typographical errors in digital or physical materials.

Keystones cannot be held liable in force majeure situations.
